Vice President of Safety
Emma has most recently worked to provide oversight of safety, training, and compliance for Reva, Inc. for the last three years. Prior to that, Emma worked in numerous safety leadership position with Spirit Airlines for the last ten years. Her focus on safety and airport operations has produced an enhanced awareness towards a culture that reduces risks in the work place while producing excellent performance results. Delivering reliable, high-value services to our customers with integrity while treating each other with dignity and respect is at the very core of Emma's beliefs.
Prior to joining GAT, Emma has achieved numerous certifications, and has been the keynote speaker for various aviation and safety events throughout the U.S. Additionally, Emma has been published in the International Travel and Health Journal. She served as co-chair for NATA Air Ambulance Sub Committee and has her bachelor's degree in Aviation Management as well as an MBA in Aviation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
Chief Financial Officer
William Anderson is GAT's Chief Financial Officer and has extensive and progressive experience within Accounting and Finance, particularly, with private-equity backed corporations. William has been with Company for 2 years starting out as the VP, Finance & Corporate Controller.
In his most recent role prior to joining GAT, William served as Corporate Controller for D4C Dental Brands, Inc ("D4C"). D4C is a private-equity backed dental support organization that supported 140 dental practices across 9 states. William's primary responsibilities as Corporate Controller was managing a team of 10 professionals and for the oversight of general accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable and treasury management. William also played an integral role in M&A activities, budgeting and forecasting, monitoring the compliance requirements with debt and equity holders and preparation of Board presentations.
Prior to D4C, William served as a Vice President with Consulate Health Care, a private-equity backed post-acute care skilled nursing company that operated 200 centers across 21 states. In this role, William managed a team of 15 professionals and was responsible for the Company's financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, in addition to managing the Company's compliance with its equity sponsors, principle banking institutions and third-party master leases. William also held an accounting management role with Turner Broadcasting System and was a Senior Manager with KPMG, a Big 4 CPA Firm.
William earned his MBA and bachelor's degree in business management from Florida A&M University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
William resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife, Oni and 2 children, daughter Zara (10) and son William Jr. (8).
Chief Information Officer
Tracy brings over 25 years of senior executive experience in the Airline and Financial Technology industries, most recently as COO of Vesta Corporation where he led worldwide operations, technology and product.
Tracy has also been CIO for North American Bancard, president at TGate Payments, president of Abanco International, a payments and technology company, as well as CIO of Gate Gourmet and VP of IT at Concord EFS, among other positions. He is a featured speaker at industry conferences and his commentary is regularly sought by leading technology, payments, and business news publications. Tracy holds a degree in Telecommunications Management.

In November 2019, Nelson joined the organization as Chief Operating Officer. With 20 years of domestic and international leadership experience, Nelson complements a high caliber team taking ground handling to a new level.

COO Catering Operations
With 40+ years in the aviation industry, Mark is responsible for the Canadian operation with Strategic Aviation and Sky Cafe and is based in Kelowna, British Columbia.
Strategic and Sky became part of the GAT family in August 2019 with twenty one bases across Canada. Mark is proud to be part of the GAT team that has the same values and commitment to our people and our customers that Sky and Strategic believe in.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Wilma joined GAT in June of 2021 as its General Counsel and CHRO and brings more than 20 years of diverse business experience from both the service and manufacturing sectors. Wilma's experience in progressively senior roles leading legal services and human resources teams will be an asset to GAT as we work to instill a culture that supports our mission to be the preeminent supplier of aviation services.
Richard Thiel joined GAT in 1999 and was named President in 2008, reporting directly to the principal owners of the company. In this role, Richard led the corporate team in its pursuit of business diversification with its airline partners. This strategic initiative created a diverse portfolio that includes services such as cargo, ramp handling, customer service and cabin cleaning.
Richard was previously employed by Atlantic Southeast Airlines for 18 years serving in the capacity of Regional Director.
Richard was born in Germany. As a military dependent, he spent his formative years at Ft. Benning, Georgia. He now lives in Sharpsburg, Georgia with his wife Georgia.
Richard has served on the Board of Directors for HATMA, the Steering Committee for the Airline Services Council and the Airline Manager's Association at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.
John (Pat) Bealmear
VP of Operations
Pat Bealmear was named Vice President, Operations in December 2017. In this role, Mr. Bealmear leads the performance, growth, and execution of the Southwest Region and it's management team. Pat Oversees the development, expansion, and customer experience within the Region.
Prior to this role, Pat served as Vice President, Operations at Quantem Aviation Services. Pat is a senior level executive that has been in the aviation industry for 25 years. His extensive knowledge of Aircraft Handling, Air Cargo Operations, Customer Service, Marketing and Business Management has allowed him to successfully grow organizations to achieve superior service levels and Customer Satisfaction. He has held various leadership positions in the aviation industry for other companies such as Roadway, Daylight Air, American International Freight, Kitty Hawk, Quantem Aviation Services and Boreas Holdings.
Pat served 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps with a focus on Computer Science and Management. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Management.
